A YOUNG dad who ended up in court after a domestic row, was bound over in the sum of £50 for 12 months, by Burnley Magistrates.
The court had been told how Gerald James Connor, 28, was aggressive when police were called and his wife indicated she had been assaulted.
Connor, of Kenilworth Drive, Earby, must also forfeit £20 from a previous bind over when he had earlier admitted breaching the peace.
Bill Berry, defending, said the situation was six of one and half a dozen of the other.
