THFC U11s 4 WYRE 2 THORNTON led through Nathan Cowgill and Alex Edwards but Wyre fought back to make it 2-2. But further goals from man of the match Nathan Cowgill and Alex Edwards secured a win.
THFC U12s 3 WYRE 0 Thornton led through Mark Adams and extended the lead through Sam Gordon. Man of the match was Ben Beckett. A Scott Dobbie headed goal extended the lead. THFC U13s 8 POULTON 2 THORNTON took the lead through Sean Vaughan and Paul Carolan. Poulton replied before Carolan scored a second. Thornton scored again through Clancy, Foulkes and Leadbetter. Vaughan added his second and Carolan completed his hat-trick.
THFC U14s 7 WYRE 0 Thornton took control with six goals but were stopped from scoring more by superb goalkeeping. Scorers were Jamie Whitewood (3), Dave Almond (2), Ben Buckley and an own goal. Man of the match was Jamie Whitewood and stand-in keeper Chris Bowe played well.
THFC U15s 5 YMCA 1 GOALS came from Anthony Pearson, Chris Rose and a hat-trick from Liam Larkin. Man of the match was Martin Marlow.
THFC U17s 7 SOUTH SHORE 3 SOUTH Shore raced into a two goal lead before Thornton picked up the tempo. Goals came from Chris Bowley, Harold Strachan, James Slater (2) and a hat-trick from man of the match Craig Whitewood.
