COMMONLY known as the godfathers of folk/rock, The Oysterband make a rare visit to Accrington next week.
Playing the Town Hall on Friday night, the band are so popular that fans right across the north of England have been snapping up tickets.
The show starts at 8pm with tickets priced £9 and £8 for concessions.
Meanwhile, Brierfield all-girl trio Earl take their indie sounds on the the road again tonight when they visit Blackburn's Cellar Bar.
Support comes from the Ofay crew with the show starting at around 9pm admission free.
