"It was the best we've played for two months but it's just not happening for us."
Colls were two down before they got a lifeline on 80 minutes when Darren Maloney set Ian Gibson up to score but despite heavy pressure in the final few minutes Colts couldn't breakthrough.
Atherton LR beat Daisy Hill 2-0 at Crilly Park in a Division Two game. Radcliffe Boro's Unibond Division One game at Guiseley was postponed.
