YOU hear so many bad things these days, but not Friday, February 23.
In Church Street I took a tumble. No sooner had I hit the pavement than I heard voices. There must have been about six people came to my aid.
I remember a young mother with a pram came back again after a few minutes to see is I was alright and asked me if I wanted a drink of water.
It's the first time it has happened to me, but I thank the people for their help and will take extra care in future, because I was lucky this time. I don't think anything was broken but still a bit score in parts even after a week.
No matter how fit you think you are, it will find weakness. So to people, especially the elderly, don't take chances.
