A YOUNG cyclist injured in a collision with a bus is getting better.
A spokesman for the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital said eight-year-old Alexander Tolley, of Manchester Road, Accrington, was "improving."
The accident happened eight days ago as Alexander left Oakhill Park, Accrington.
Driver Stephen Peters was hailed a hero for giving the youngster the kiss of life before ambulance crews arrived to take him to Blackburn Royal Infirmary.
