BLACKPOOL RANGERS U12s 1 FOXHALL 3 DEFENCE frailties let Foxhall cruise to a 0-3 half-time lead. Rangers came back strong and were rewarded when James Smith showed great strength to head off a challenge and steer the ball into the corner of the net. Man of the match Jack Oldrid's free kick then found James Aichison who finished in style but it was ruled offside. A competitive match saw a quality Foxhall side deserved winners.
FOXHALL U13s 2 BLACKPOOL RANGERS 2 A game between the leagues top two sides. Foxhall took the lead midway through the first half against the run of play, but Rangers equalised minutes later through a 30-yard free kick by Craig Hull. Jim Havill put Rangers 2-1 up just before the interval. Foxhall equalised early in the second half through a penalty. Chances were at a premium in the second half with both defences dominating.
BLACKPOOL RANGERS U14s 3 FOXHALL 6 A GOOD performance by BR whose work rate was better than recent games. Scorers for Rangers were: Ryan Robinson, Damien Haslem and Adam Breakell.
