UTILITY player Phil Veivers, Danny Butler, Sean Furey and Adrian Mead are coach Mike Gregory's main doubts for their home game against lowly York.
Andy Cheetham and full-back Wayne English have already been ruled out, but prop Lee Hansen, who missed Swinton's brilliant win over Featherstone because of a family commitment, could be back in the squad of 19.
Ryan Staziker, who was sent off against Rovers, could also lose his place in the squad in anticipation of his disciplinary hearing next week.
Coach Gregory said: "The players made me eat my words last week. They scored some well-worked tries and showed me they can play good rugby when they put their minds to it."
York, on the other hand, need to get some semblance of team spirit back in the club following their shock defeat at the hands of Chorley.
Coach Lee Crooks is desperate to make changes and is still on the look out for more players.
"We need to put that defeat to the back of our minds and think of the game at Swinton," said Crooks.
