THE latest jobless figures for Bury showed a slight increase despite the number out of work nationally falling below one million for the first time in 25 years.
Last month, the claimant count for the borough totalled 2,084, up three on January's figure.
The latest statistics comprise 1,609 men and 475 women. The unemployment rate for Bury remains unchanged at 2.9 per cent.
