GREATER Manchester's transport Integration Project has received a glowing endorsement by the government.
The scheme, which brings together the private and public sector providers of local transport services, has seen improved ticketing and passenger information, according to the government.
Cllr Roger Jones, chairman of the Passenger Transport Authority, said: "It proves we have put together a high quality and integrated public transport network."
