LOWTON florist, singer Martin Lambert, gave a superb performance on the BBC's "Star For A Night" on Saturday -- yet didn't win.
But then he didn't lose either. Because the lad with a big voice is sure to have attracted notice and admirers all over the country.
His performance of "In Your Eyes" wowed the judges who adjudicated him the best singer on the show.
They said he was perfect for the musical theatre and even made the hair on the back of the neck stand on end.
They raved about him -- saying he'd got it, great vocal ability, a sensational voice. Why didn't he come out on top then?
Because after rows backstage the judges couldn't decide whether to go for the one likely to get a record deal or the one who did the best performance on the night. You were robbed Martin. May your dreams of success come true and good luck for the future.
