A PUB customer needed eleven stitches to his cheek after an attack in a Whitefield bar early on Saturday morning (March 24).
The 25-year-old was punched in the face, smashing his glasses. He needed treatment at North Manchester General Hospital. Police are viewing CCTV footage in a bid to trace his attacker.
Witnesses are also being sought to the incident at the Mason's Arms in Bury New Road. It was believed to have started after an argument between the victim and his attacker.
