MANAGERS from throughout East Lancashire have 'graduated' from a business performance training programme.
A total of 84 who completed their level 4 and 5 National Vocational Qualifications in management were presented with their certificates by Professor Bob Wood, Associate Dean of Research at the University of Salford.
The courses were funded by ELTEC, which has now been replaced by the Lancashire Learning and Skills Council.
