RAILTRACK is offering a substantial reward to anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for an arson attack on a railway bridge near Ramsey Road, Ewood, Blackburn.
The fire was started on May 25 at about 1am on the wooden railway footbridge close to Marlton Road.
Arsonists set fire to some plastic wheelie bins causing nine square metres of damage to the structure.
British Transport Police are investigating.
