AN inquest has been opened and adjourned into the death of a man found dead at his home.
John Frederick Rollings, 62, was a resident of a housing complex at Brandwood, Staghills Road, Rawtenstall, and was found at his flat there on Bank Holiday Monday.
East Lancs Coroner David Smith, adjourned the hearing at Burnley magistrates court, so that tissue samples could be sent to the Manchester Royal Infirmary for toxicology analysis.
He said it would probably be about six weeks before the results were received.
