GERRY Luczka has set his sights on management after leaving Nationwide Conference surprise guys Leigh RMI.
The Hilton Park club's first team coach has quit after three years with the Railwaymen, who finished an incredible fifth in their first season in the Conference.
Luczka, who is a full time youth worker with Bolton Council and conducts child protection training for the Football Association, explained: "I just felt the time was right for a fresh challenge.
"They were a great bunch of players at Leigh and it gave me a lot of pleasure working with them. Finishing fifth in the Conference was a fantastic achievement but there's always a time in your life when you feel it's time to move on.
"I'd like to go into management eventually but only when the time is right for me."
