PREMIERSHIP rivals Derby County, who Rovers play in their first game of the new season, are reportedly the latest club to be showing an interest in Rovers striker Nathan Blake.
Blake has been persistently linked with a move away from Ewood despite the fact the Welsh international has denied he is seeking a transfer.
And Newcastle United have played down suggestions that they are on the verge of signing Rovers' out-of-favour midfielder Jason McAteer.
