MANAGER Sam Allardyce has promised a full strength Bolton Wanderers when his Premier League newcomers visit Stainton Park.
Big Sam has delighted Boro officials with his early pledge of all available players for it means a bumper pay-day for the club.
The pre-season friendly is certain to bring in a record amount of cash and manager Kevin Glendon reckons his club's attendance record at Stainton Park will easily be topped.
Currently the best crowd was recorded back in 1983 when 1,468 squeezed through the turnstiles for a North West Counties League clash with Caernarfon Town.
Ground improvement since then have seen the capacity raised to 3,000 and with Wanderers' fans still on a high following the successful play-offs, Stainton Park may need to be fitted with elastic sides.
The Bolton match is on July 14 at 3pm and is followed on July 18 by the one against visiting Bury, kick-off 7.30pm.
And to round off a sparkling pre-season programme against some illustrious near neighbours, Boro entertain Kevin Keegan's Manchester City Reserves on July 27, kick-off at 7.30pm.
"We hope our supporters are as excited as us with the pre-season matches that have been arranged. All of them promise to be extremly entertaining and we are looking forward to seeing the ground full of fans," said an enthusiastic Glendon.
