THE Centurions won't be doing anything rash despite Sunday's heavy defeat at Rochdale.
"There'll be no panic at Hilton Park," head coach Paul Terzis declared as he prepared his team for this week's testing home game with Featherstone.
"The players know their performance at Spotland wasn't up to scratch but they're certainly in the mood to make amends this weekend," he said.
"Our players will bounce back from this hiccup, we're too good a side not to. It just tests our character."
While Leigh admit there were painful lessons to be learned from the 36-4 Spotland defeat, they won't dwell on it.
"We'll reflect and learn from it, but we won't dwell on it," Terzis adds.
The Centurions boss was quick to compliment Hornets on their win.
He said: "Full credit to Rochdale, they made the most of some decisions. I think the Rochdale players performed exceptionally well, so they deserve all the accolades.
"They kept the best attacking side in the league down to only one try and in attack they made us pay for some errors that were made.
"Rochdale played to their potential for the full 80, something Martin Hall's been wanting from them all season. Unfortunately it was against us on an off day. They smashed us."
Terzis doesn't belive that the tactical and positional changes he made had a great bearing on the final outcome.
"Some worked, some didn't. I don't think the positional changes made much difference in the long run. I think Rochdale made the most of opportunities that we presented to them."
