A 32-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court charged with three offences of rape alleged to have taken place in Accrington, one in September and two in January.
John Aspinall, 32, is also charged with assaulting the same person, causing actual bodily harm, earlier this month.
Aspinall was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court where he will next appear on July 18. A condition of bail is that he lives at Higher Croft Road, Blackburn.
