EYAL Berkovic is still on Blackburn Rovers' summer shopping list, according to the player's agent.
The Celtic midfielder finished last season on loan at Ewood Park and helped Rovers back into the Premiership.
However, manager Graeme Souness opted not to pursue a permanent deal for a player who was valued in the £3 million bracket.
Earlier this month Souness claimed signing Berkovic would be something of a luxury, given the fact that he plans to play 4-4-2 in the top-flight which would not leave a 'free' role for the Israeli international, although he admitted that selling some of Rovers' fringe players might free some of the necessary cash.
And Berkovic's agent, Panis Zihevi, claimed that Souness hasn't closed the door on a return for the 29-year-old former Southampton and West Ham play-maker.
Zihevi said: "I know Blackburn are very much still interested in signing him. I don't think he will stay at Celtic as Martin O'Neill isn't interested in him.
"He's not one of the players in his plans."
