ATHERTON CC professional Greg Dimery has signed a two year extension to his contract which will keep him at the Bolton Association club for a further two seasons.
The Aussie all-rounder has made an immediate impact in his first season with Atherton and has taken more than 30 wickets and tops the batting averages.
"We are thrilled to have signed him up for the next two seasons," said a club official. "He has had a tremendous season and other clubs would have been interested in signing him."
Dimery had a successful debut for Essex 2nd Xl last week taking three wickets and scoring 29 runs in the innings defeat of Middlesex.
