INVENTIVE Year 11 students from Blackpool's St Mary's High School devised an enterprising way to raise money for charity.
Claire Merga (above left) and Lianne Myers marked their final year at the school by tying their legs and arms together with school ties to earn funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Their challenge lasted half a day and they even played a game of badminton in their games lesson!
They collected spare change, visited form groups to collect sponsorship and sold Marie Curie daffodil badges to obtain £107.58.
