WIGAN Council's Housing Department is sending out a clear and stern message to tenants who get involved in crime.
The council has obtained a suspended possession order on a property in Millers Lane, Platt Bridge, which means that if the tenant, Lynne Rasburn, or anyone visiting her there, commits any offences, she can be immediately evicted. The order remains in force until 2008.
Her husband, John, has been removed from the tenancy agreement and will not be allowed to live there in the future.
