LITTLE Charlotte Lowndes has danced off with a British title after just 11 months of competition.
The seven-year-old Apple Dance pupil lifted the British Isles U8 Championship Disco Section trophy at Prestatyn recently.
Charlotte, of Waterview Park, Leigh, also stepped out to gather a collection of other cups including first place in the Disco U8 starters' pairs, and second spots in the rock and roll, with partner Natalie Aspinall, and slow dance.
The only child of Owen and Jocelyne Lowndes, Charlotte lives for dancing.
She attends het Twist Lane classes five times a week with her teacher Julie Dawn.
Owen said: "Charlotte thrives on competition.
"We are thrilled with what she has achieved in such a short time. She has such a confident attitude."
Now the Lowton St Mary's Junior School pupil is preparing for her next competition this weekend in Bridlington. ALL SMILES: Charlotte with her haul of trophies
