LEGAL action could be taken against the owner of Peel House Farm, Blacko, if five small buses parked at the site are not removed.
The parish council expressed their concern about the storage of the buses at Peel House and a site visit was made on May 21.
A letter was sent to the owner on May 22 advising him that such use of the land was not permitted and he said that they would be removed within a few days.
He said they were on the land temporarily because he was having theft and vandalism problems at his Nelson premises.
Members of the Barrowford and Western Committee have been recommended to take legal action if it is reported at the meeting onThursday that the buses are still parked on the land.
