STEPHEN Pearson was arrested for shouting a racist comment after police had told him and his friends to move away from the entrance to Blackburn's Utopia nightclub.
Blackburn magistrates heard the group had already been warned about their behaviour earlier in the night when racist comments had again been made.
Pearson, 18, of Pilmuir Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to using racially aggravated threatening behaviour. He was fined £100 with £55 costs.
Tom Snape, prosecuting, said Pearson was clearly very drunk when police approached and warned him and his friends about their conduct outside Never Never Land.
Five minutes later the officers saw Pearson arguing with door staff at Utopia and it was pointed out to him that he had already been warned about his behaviour.
"As the group moved off Pearson shouted a racist remark and was immediately arrested," said Mr Snape.
