SELF-employed mechanic Alan James Nester took his frustration out on a taxi after being ejected from the Rendesvous nightclub in Whalley.
Blackburn magistrates heard that Nester knocked the taxi sign off the top of the vehicle but that he had since paid for the damage.
Nester, 30, of Conway Avenue, Clitheroe, was bound over in the sum of £200 for 12 months after admitting breach of the peace.
A charge of criminal damage was withdrawn.
