COOLING desserts are a delicious feature of summer.
While we comfort ourselves with steamed puddings and custard in the winter, we can now revel in summer's fruits -- they're not just for the strawberries and cream set at Wimbledon.
Here are two light, fruity, tasty recipes for desserts to die for.
The first is a sorbet made from refreshing Limonesco, a sparkling drink from Italy which provides a low alcohol alternative to wine (four per cent).
It blends juicy Sicilian lemons and sweet Italian grapes. We invited several human guinea pigs to take the test it and all were impressed by its light, delicious taste.
Limonesco costs £2.95 and is available from all major supermarkets.
