A FARMER'S son has been found dead with gunshot wounds to his head.
Mr Carl Shepherd's body was discovered last night in a bedroom at the family home at Plane Tree Farm, off Bradley Fold Road, Ainsworth.
The 41-year-old is believed to have had an argument with members of his family before fleeing to his room where he was later found dead. Police have ruled out any third party involvement.
