TEENAGERS are invited to a new summer activity in a bid to develop their skills and motivation and give them confidence to enjoy healthier lives.
The sessions, which are due to start at the end of this month are being run by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, in conjunction with the New Opportunities Fund and Education and Training.
Youngsters aged between 12 and 16 can discuss health issues important to them, as well as taking part in sports and exercises.
Activities will run from Monday July 30 to Friday August 3 at Darwen Leisure Centre.
People must enrol for free by filling in an application form which are available from town centre libraries.
