ISAW the lowest of the low on Monday afternoon (July 2) in Mosley Street, Blackburn.
An old man in his eighties was struggling to make it to the bus stop as the bus approached. He signalled the bus to stop just 20 yards away as he could not make it quickly enough.
The bus stopped at the stop, picked up a single passenger and drove off regardless, when the old man was just five yards away.
I hope the driver can sleep at night.
It is a highly recommended way to encourage people to use public transport, don't you agree?
