POLICE have joined forces with the council to help combat alleged nuisance, anti-social behaviour and vandalism on the Sutton Heath Estate.
Where these activities lead to the conviction of an individual for any offence on or near the estate, the police will inform the council.
If the convicted person is a tenant, member of a tenant's household or a visitor to a tenant's household regardless of that person's age, the council will in all cases consider legal action, which could lead to the tenant's eviction.
If you have witnessed any act of nuisance, anti-social behaviour or vandalism then contact the Merseyside Police Incident Management Unit on 0151 777 6969 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
