A TEENAGER was punched in the face and robbed of his mobile phone as he made his way home from school.
The 16-year-old boy was walking across the playing fields at Bury Grammar School at 4pm on Thursday (July 5) when he was grabbed by the arm by two offenders and hit in the face.
He fell to the floor and the attackers ran off with his phone.
Police are now hunting the robbers who are described as Asian males, both approximately 16 years old, and wearing black tracksuit bottoms. One of the offenders had his hair in "curtain" style and the other wore a baseball cap.
