ADULT learners who want enjoy a free taster session in classes ranging from pottery to the Internet are urged to hurry up.
For these brief courses for beginners run until today (Fri July 13) at the Arts and Crafts Centre in Bury.
The choice of subjects ranges from Chinese brush painting and Tai Chi to cooking and aromatherapy, from soft furnishings and assertiveness classes to publishing and jewellery-making. There are also courses in creative writing, social psychology and the Alexander Technique.
The Summer Partnership project has been put together by Bury Council's Lifelong Learning service and Bolton Institute of Higher Education.
Sessions are held in the morning and afternoon, and last for two hours. There is also a free creche.
