GIVING a good account of themselves.
That's Hollins-based accountants and business development advisers, DTE.
The company has been admitted as members of the prestigious UK 200 Group of Chartered Accountants.
Since its formation in 1983, DTE has grown into a group of companies employing some 140 staff and servicing the market nationally from offices in Bury, London and Blackburn.
The firm provides a number of business services to the owner-managed business market and also to both the legal and accountancy professions.
The UK 200 Group of Chartered Accountants specialises in the growing business sector.
Formed 15 years ago, it is now the largest mutual association of chartered accountants in the UK with a national network of 290 offices and a further 150 operating internationally.
Members are only admitted after rigorous evaluation of their standards and are subject to annual peer reviews.
Mr John Turner, a partner in DTE, said: "We are extremely pleased to be joining the UK 200 Group which enables us to remain independent and, at the same time, benefit from a wide range of top-flight services for our clients.
"Access to the group's international associates will help our clients to develop business in new markets overseas."
