POLICE today said they believe Calderstones patient who went missing while on a home visit on Wednesday had still not turned up.
Andrew Sutcliffe, 18, was at on a visit to his mother's house in the Burnage area of Manchester accompanied by a female member of staff, when he slipped out of the back door after saying he needed the toilet.
Greater Manchester Police issued an appeal for information on behalf of Lancashire Police, who today said there had been no fresh information.
Mr Sutcliffe was admitted to the Whalley hospital via the courts and is a resident at the more secure West Drive unit.
Calderstones NHS Trust chief executive Russ Pearce said Mr Sutcliffe was not a threat to the public although said he was concerned for his whereabouts.
