THE public are wanted to help conduct a comprehensive check-up of the borough's health service taking place this week.
The Commission for Health Improvement is carrying out a routine assessment of Bury Health Care NHS Trust.
It wants to hear from people who wish to talk about their experiences, focusing on the services provided by Bury and Fairfield General hospitals.
The assessment, known as clinical governance review, looks at the management, provision and quality of service provided by the NHS organisation and identifies best practice areas for improvement.
Individual or small group meetings will be held locally today (Tues July 17) as well as this Wednesday and Thursday (July 18-19).
