TWO men and a juvenile were today appearing in court in charged with conspiracy to commit arson in Accrington.
The charges against Rajjad Ali, 20, Arffan Hussain, 18, and a 16-year-old male relate to a series of firebombings a fortnight ago.
Ali had already been charged with arson attacks on a car in Gloucester Road and Sacred Heart Primary School.
Police said the further charges are a result of 'new intelligence' and relate to attempted arson at Central Cars, Church, and Glynn Webb DIY, in Blackburn Road.
The firebombings occurred just days after Burnley became involved in race riots.
The three were due to appear before Blackburn magistrates.
