A MAN facing a charge of robbery was released by Blackburn magistrates after admitting a breach of bail conditions imposed by Preston Crown Court.
Darren Robinson, 24, had been living at a family hostel accommodation in Police Street, Darwen, as a condition of bail.
But he left the address without the permission of the court.
Paul Schofield, defending, said Robinson had left a forwarding address at the hostel -- which was how the police knew where to go to arrest him.
