Classic car enthusiasts are gearing up for the tenth annual Classic Car Show at Hoghton Tower, Hoghton on July 22.
More than 500 classic vehicles, from pre-1930s to E-Type Jaguars and Velocette bikes are expected to descend on the venue for the event, which celebrates the range of wonderful vehicles that people work so hard to restore and look after.
In past years hundreds of enthusiasts have travelled to the show from within Lancashire and from neighbouring counties, and this year should be no exception.
As well as the chance to admire vehicles and take part in the buying and selling of all things auto, there will be competitions for the best vehicle in a range of different categories, including pre-1950, 1950s, 60s, 70s, and 80s saloons, sports and convertible vehicles.

MIGHTY MULDOONS pub in Preston are hosting a soft-rock night with the Doctor Rox band, on Saturday July 20).
The band are playing from 9.30pm, and will perform a selection of rock covers.
THE BLUE BALL pub on Station Road in Bamber Bridge hold a disco from 8pm on Friday nights with drinks promotions running from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
This Sunday there is a band playing, rock act 'Stone Cold Sober'.
THE ANCHOR PUB on Liverpool Road in Huton is holding two weekly disco nights on a Tuesday and a Thursday, from 9pm.
LANCASTER CASTLE is holding a special Wednesday afternoon event during August telling historic stories about people touched by events at the venue for children aged between five and 12.

THE Lancaster based dance school Ludus is holding an intensive week of dance workshops with a view towards performing opportunities this summer.
There will be a chance to take part at the dance studio at St Michael's School, Astley Road, Chorley between July 23-28.
Sessions will take place each day between 10am-4pm with a performance scheduled at Chorley Town Hall on Saturday July 28.

FANS of pop favourites Robbie Williams and Kylie Minogue are in for a treat with a special tribute to the stars at the Park Hall Hotel, Park Hall Road, Chorley on Friday July 21.
