BAMBER Bridge were beaten 2-0 in their first pre-season friendly against Bolton Wanderers on Tuesday night.
Brig's next match is against Scottish outfit Stenhousemuir at Irongate on Saturday, July 28 -- believed to be the first time they have played a team from north of the border.
The following Wednesday sees the visit of Manchester City's reserve team, kick off 7.30pm.
Brig's first league fixture is away to Blyth Spartans on August 18 with the first home match against Marine the following Wednesday.
The Irongate club have been drawn away to Emley in the FA Cup second qualifying round and away to Moor Green in the FA Trophy first round proper.
The club is looking for support from sponsors for away travel and ground advertising.
