MICKEY Mouse and Donald Duck will be among characters walking the streets of Barnoldswick next month during the annual street fair.
This year is the 100th anniversary of Walt Disney and event organisers Barnoldswick and Earby Round Table (BERT) so to mark the occasion they decided to make Disney this year's theme.
All stallholders and visitors attending the street fair, on August 2, are encouraged to dress as a Disney character and theme their stalls on places and people from the movies.
A special Disney fancy dress competition will be held for the children and the best three will win a prize, such as cinema tickets..
Judging will take place in the Town Square at 7pm and prizes have been sponsored by Newtown Carpets, Rainhall Food and Drink and John O'Brien Pork Wholesale.
The fair starts at 6pm and will include the Best Dressed Shop Window competition, stalls, entertainment, a carousel and bouncy castle. To book a stall contact Steve Hirst on 01282 812058.
