The 22 youngsters from Voersa and Saeby went to Blackburn Ice Arena, courtesy of their friends at Hoddlesden Scout Group and the Cellar Dwellers Venture Scout and Guide Unit, Darwen.
The East Lancashire organisations were called upon as an SOS when the previously planned trip to Bowley International Scout Camp at Great Harwood was cancelled because of local cases of the disease.
They are also due to visit the Jorvik Viking Centre in York, Old Trafford, and go on two other camping expeditions as part of their action-packed nine-day break.
