Officers are particularly anxious to speak to anyone who may have seen a dark green hatchback, with a loud exhaust, being driven at high speed from the rear of the shops in Lynton Way. There were three people in the car.
The offender is described as white, approximately 5ft 8ins tall, and was wearing a blue top and a black cap.
