IT was all smiles when Clarets' manager Stan Ternent's youngest son Daniel tied the knot with long-time partner Yolanda Ackerman at St John's CE Church.
Hot sunshine welcomed the wedding party from the Cliviger church after the service conducted by the Rev Lawrence Laycock.
And bride Yolanda, a team leader in the classified advertisement department at the Lancashire Evening Telegraph, looked radiant as she posed for photographs with her bridegroom and their families.
But the biggest smile of all came from Stan himself, beaming with pride as he held the couple's baby daughter, his first grandchild, Olivia -- the girl he nearly quit the soccer game for when she was born last year.
The doting grandad sported a safe pair of hands as he clung on to the child, who made him realise there were other important things in life as well as soccer -- keeping possession throughout the photo-session.
