ARSONISTS struck at a primary school in Hindley and set fire to the roof and doorway, causing hundreds of pounds worth of damage. The firebugs broke into All Saints Primary School in Chapel Fields Lane and set the boiler house door and a window frame alight, before climbing on to the roof and lighting pieces of paper, which were pushed through slats and caused £200 worth of damage.
