THE Classic World of Fitness opens its doors for a craft fair on Sunday.
The event, at the East Bond Street centre in Leigh, from 11am to 4pm, features stitching crafts, paintings, decorated eggs, decoupage and hand made cards. Admission is 30p. Hot off the press ... Only Foals and Horses, based in Oswaldtwistle, has been closed because of dwindling funds. The haven's co-ordinator, Olive Lomas, said: "Our horses and ponies are going to be at risk this winter if we don't get a tremendous amount of work started. Please builders, tradesmen, trade suppliers, collectors, fund-raisers and volunteers help us now." Anyone who can assist should contact Mrs Lomas on 01254 235559.
