A MAN wanted for questioning in connection with a number of sex attacks across the country enjoyed a stay at a Blackpool guest house before going on the run.
Police officers hunting 32-year-old Adrian McKee, originally from Northern Ireland, said they believe he poses "a substantial and serious risk to women".
He is understood to have spent time at the guest house in York Street, Blackpool, after being bailed from a court in Londonderry in connection with a serious criminal allegation in Northern Ireland.
The guest house owner reportedly received a letter from Mr McKee's solicitors asking for a room for him, and he stayed a couple of days.
A police spokesman said Mr McKee then failed to sign on bail at Blackpool Police Station and is thought to have left the area.
Mr McKee is described as 5ft 6ins and of slim build, with recently cropped, brown hair. He has blue eyes, a goatee beard and an Irish accent. He has scars on his wrists and tattoos of barbed wire on his left arm, a red devil on his right arm and a scorpion on his back.
He is a qualified joiner and police are particularly interested in talking to businesses or site agents who may have hired him or spoken to him recently, or hostel or hotel owners who may have booked out a room to him.
A Greater Manchester Police said: "McKee can appear to be an extremely friendly and approachable man and it is believed he could have befriended a woman.
