THE summer entertainment explosion continues with plenty of great events coming your way!
YORKSHIRE-based medium Stephen Holbrook returns to the Hilton Hotel, St Helens on Sunday, August 5 with curtain up at 7.30pm and doors open from 7pm. Tickets are £7.50 and you can pay on the door or ring 01924 898688.
THE Friends of the Theatre Royal are staging a Dance Evening at Liverpool St Helens Rugby Club, Moss Lane on Saturday, September 8 from 8pm to midnight. Tickets, £5 including refreshments, are available from 0151 426 6180.
BLUE Delight will be appearing at The Carr Mill on Monday, August 13 when their guest will be tenor sax Dave Edge. This is from 9 to 11.30pm and admission is free.
A JAZZ Rendezvous takes place at the Star Inn, Rainford every Sunday from 8.30pm, admission is free. Guests on August 5 are John Gordon's Shades of Django with John Hallam.
HAYDOCK Women's Club, NAWC is holding a garage sale and coffee morning today (Thursday, August 2) at The Bungalow, 72 Vista Road, Haydock, starting at 10.30am. Admission is 50p.

JUNE Birchall from Preston will give a demonstration entitled 'Creative Collections' at the next meeting of St Helens Flower Club on Tuesday, August 7. This is at the Deaf Centre, Dentons Green Lane starting at 7.30pm. Admission is £2.50, including refreshments.
ST HELENS Hard of Hearing Club meet on Monday, August 6 for 'Give Us A Clue' with Win. This is at the Deaf Centre, Dentons Green Lane starting at 1.30pm.
THERE is 'An Evening with Laurel and Hardy' on Thursday, August 9 at The Wheatsheaf, Mill Lane, Sutton Leach from 7 to 10pm. Admission is free.
